Cloud firm become 'Wales' first AWS MSP partner'

Mobilise Cloud has become 'Wales' first' Amazon Web Services (AWS) MSP partner, joining just a handful of firms in EMEA.

There are under 40 AWS MSP partners in Europe, according to the public cloud giant's partner locator, with Mobilise Cloud claiming to be the first Welsh-based firm to gain the accreditation.

Mobilise Cloud CTO Jamie Carnie said: "I'm very proud of the team. We have worked for over a year to ensure we could evidence how we meet the very high level this accreditation demands.

"We take great pride in innovation and customer service and with our MSP badge we can easily evidence we meet the Gold Standard for this."

Mobilise Cloud joins the likes of ANS, Arcus and Cloudreach as UK-based firms with the MSP accreditation.

The firm lists Google and Microsoft as other vendor partners on its website, with the likes of Companies House, the DVLA and the Ministry of Justice listed as partners.

AWS says its MSP programme is "designed to validate and promote AWS Partner Network (APN) Advanced and Premier Tier Consulting Partners, providing end-to-end AWS solutions to customers".
