Infinigate has appointed a new managing director for the UK, with Justin Griffiths taking the hot seat.
Griffiths (pictured) was previously group director of software solutions at CMS Distribution and prior to that had been UK managing director and VP at Insight.
He said: "It's time to take Infinigate UK to the next level. We're already recognised as the leading cyber-security distributor in the UK and we're known for exceptional service and care to our customers.
"Now, we're taking this approach and multiplying with new vendors and new partners to enter the next stage of our growth."
Previous UK boss Murray Pearce announced his departure from Infinigate in April, following a 19-year spell with the distie, to "pursue a new opportunity".
Infinigate CEO Klaus Schlichtherle said: "After securing some substantial vendor contracts, such as Barracuda, Kaspersky, CyberArk, Extreme Networks, iboss and Netwrix, the UK is set on an exciting growth path over the next few years.
"I am excited that Justin has joined the team to lead the business in the UK. He has a great reputation in the UK and his experience will help us reach our ambitious UK growth plans."
