Northumberland MSP reports £9m revenue despite 'challenging' first year
TruStack was formed last year with the merger of Pivotal Networks, SITS Group and PCI Services
Northumberland-based TruStack has reported revenue of £9m in the face of a "challenging" first year of existence.
The MSP was formed in July last year when north-eastern MSPs Pivotal Networks PCI Services and SITS Group merged to form the new entity, which provides end-to-end managed IT services, including cybersecurity, unified comms and agile working solutions.
The firm has increased its headcount from 44 to 53 since its inception, as well as upping the numbers of its apprentices from two to five.
"When we launched TruStack a year ago following the merger there was no way of knowing the challenges that we and almost all other businesses would be facing in the coming 12 months," said Phil Cambers, TruStack's commercial director.
"However, thankfully we have been able to adapt to the change of working conditions, and continued to provide the high level of service our clients expect from us. This has not only been reflected in our revenue figures but also in the fact that we have been able to grow our company.
"Who knows what the next 12 months will hold, but I am confident that the expertise and dedication of our staff will help us overcome any challenges that may be thrown at us."
Since the merger, TruStack has completed "hundreds of projects" with companies in the North East, as well as national organisations, including the National History Museum.
Cambers added that the revenue is a testament to the company's ability to adapt to changing circumstances, as well as supporting its customers to do the same.
"It goes to show how the world of work is changing, and we are there to help businesses across the country to enable their agile workforce and maintain the same levels of productivity from anywhere," he said.
