Past Women in Channel winner Morgan O'Sullivan on importance of attracting female talent

Softcat's Morgan O'Sullivan was one of two winners of Graduate/Apprentice of the Year at the inuagural CRN Women in Channel Awards in 2018.

We caught up with O'Sullivan ahead of the 2020 WiC Awards to hear more about her journey in the industry so far, and to get her thoughts on the importance of attracting and retaining females in the industry.
