Exertis unveils 'bespoke' cloud platform for SMB resellers

Distributor's cloud services platform will offer Microsoft licencing and accreditation

Exertis has launched a new intelligent cloud services platform tailored to SMB resellers' needs.

Exertis Cloud will provide licensing for Microsoft with end-to-end delivery, as well as cloud solutions to equip users with tools, resources and support that customers may require.

Reseller will experience a "bespoke" portal, a dedicated cloud success manager and be able to take advantage of an end-user-focused Exertis Cloud Training Academy.

"Exertis Cloud will enable our partners to support their customers' changing requirements-whether it is supporting their staff to work safely and productively away from the office or ensuring that company data is securely stored and managed in the public cloud," said Rik Hubbard, Exertis Cloud's services director.

Exertis Cloud is a serve-serve platform that operates on a monthly payment basis, with the distie offering SMB resellers support to gain Microsoft competency accreditation.

The platform will also incorporate a marketing programme that Exertis claims will make it easier for SMB resellers to rely on the broadliner for full-service marketing support and that resellers with no cloud experience will benefit from its range of cloud services.

Those who sign up to the service will be assigned ‘Silver' status as default, with the more sales they drive resulting in more rewards unlocked, such as free analytics reporting software and additional marketing packages.

‘Gold' and ‘Platinum' marketing packages include rebates and incentives, accreditations and investment advice.

Vish Chhatralia, Exertis' chief digital and marketing officer, stated: "This is an exciting launch and an exciting time for Exertis.

"Exertis Cloud and our developing wider digital portfolio are seen as critical by our partners to help them progress digitally, to stay relevant and to help end-businesses do the amazing things that technology enables in our society."
