Ultima launches automated cloud platform for MSPs

IA-Cloud platform simplifies daily monitoring and managing of Azure environments and reduces costs by 66 per cent, says automation specialist

The development arm of automation specialist Ultima has unveiled a white-label automated cloud platform for MSPs.

Ultima Labs developed the IA-Cloud platform which it said will enable MSPs to change the way they manage and optimise their customers' workloads in the cloud.

Implementing the IA-Cloud platform reduces Azure management costs by an average of 66 per cent, as well as having fewer fix issues which increases customer satisfaction and retention rates, the firm claimed.

The platform uses automation to simplify the daily activities of monitoring and managing Azure cloud environments.

"While developing our own automated platforms for our customers we were asked by our partners and Microsoft to build them for other MSPs so that's what we've done," said Scott Dodds, CEO of Ultima.

"With remote working continuing apace, MSPs are under pressure to manage new workloads and optimise workloads via the cloud at an unprecedented rate.
