UiPath has raised $750m in its Series F funding round bringing its market valuation to $35bn.
The robotic process automation (RPA) specialist has raised a total of $2bn in investment since 2017, with the latest round marking the largest amount it has raised so far. Its last funding round in July 2020 raised £225m which hiked its valuation from $7bn to over $10bn.
The round was co-led by existing investors Alkeon Capital and Coatue, with other investors including Altimeter Capital, Dragoneer and Sequoia, among others.
UiPath was founded in 2005 by Daniel Dines and Marius Tirca. Its Series A funding in 2017 raised $30m.
"Automation has become a strategic imperative that is fundamentally changing the way organisations operate," stated Abhi Arun, managing partner at Alkeon Capital.
"We are excited to co-lead this round of funding, as well as continue to team up with the UiPath team during an important phase for the company."
