Spots up for grabs on £100m education framework

Crescent Purchasing Consortium and Education Authority of Northern Ireland seeking suppliers for framework

Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) and the Education Authority of Northern Ireland have launched a framework valued at up to £100m.

The Outsourced ICT framework is divided into two Lots: Lot 1 is valued at up to £95m and seeks outsourced ICT services, including remote and on-site service provision, as well as IT asset management and IT strategy development.

Lot 2 is valued at up to £5m and seeks suppliers for outsourced ICT consultancy services, including fact-finding processes, assessment of security architecture and recommendations.

"The purpose of this Lot is to attract independent consultants who can utilise expertise from a technical standpoint, offering objective recommendations to support a tendering process for an outsourced ICT service by working in conjunction with an institutions' procurement staff," stated CPC.

The framework is initially for two years, with an option to extend by a further two years.

The deadline for bids is 29 March 2021 and tenders may be submitted for one Lot only.
