Sapphire Systems snaps up SAP specialist

Services provider achieves hat trick of acquisitions three months into 2021

Sapphire Systems has bolstered its SAP capabilities with the acquisition of UK-based firm InCloud Solutions.

The purchase marks the third so far of the year for the London-based services provider, after acquiring ITOM Solution and US-based Pioneer BI in January.

The addition of InCloud Solutions will boost Sapphire Systems' Business ByDesign expertise and it anticipates the merger will consolidate its position as a market leader in SAP.

The firm took on private equity backing from Horizon Capital at the start of last year and CEO Ian Caswell previously told CRN that he wants to quadruple the business in size in the next three years, with M&A expected to contribute half of that growth.
