London MSP Fifosys expands to Birmingham with Enforce Technology acquisition
Deal marks first acquisition outside of London for Datto partner Fifosys
London-based MSP Fifosys has made its first acquisition outside of its home city in the shape Birmingham-based cybersecurity firm Enforce Technology
The deal expands Fifosys' offering and market presence in the UK, while Enforce Technology will gain access to innovation, scale and new partnerships through the acquisition.
Having been in business for 20 years, Fifosys is a Datto, SolarWinds MSP, Microsoft, VMware and Citric partner.
Fifosys previously acquired London-based MSP Foration IT in 2019 which expanded its presence in the capital.
Citrix, Microsoft, Veeam and VMware partner Enforce Technology meanwhile bills itself as a cybersecurity partner, but expanded into managed services and hosting through its 2019 acquisition of Network SI based in Oldbury in the West Midlands.
