CCS acquires Maintel Europe's managed print services arm

Move comes just a week after new CEO Andy Moffitt was appointed

Corona Corporate Solutions (CCS) has acquired the managed print services arm of Maintel Europe as it adds scale and geographic reach to its operations.

The move sees around 700 customers absorbed by CCS, who recently appointed a new CEO in Andy Moffitt following the departure of founder James Stephens.

"This is a really exciting addition to the CCS family and our first as we emerge from the COVID crisis," Moffitt said.

"We are also opening a new Blackburn office to support this new business and establish a hub in the North West."

Maintel Europe managed print services division includes around 2,000 machines in the field, with CCS also absorbing the company's staff.

It signals the first big move since the appointment of Moffitt as the new CEO, who took over with immediate effect last month.

CCS partners with vendors including Konica Minolta, Ricoh and Canon, with a focus on helping organisations to improve efficiency, increase productivity and reduce costs.
