BMC Software appoints new UK&I sales leader
Gavin Allen has held several UK sales leadership roles in his ten years with the company
Enterprise software solutions provider BMC Software has named Gavin Allen as its new UK & Ireland country sales leader as part of the company's new global go-to-market model.
The vendor announced in June that it had created a newly formed international region as part of the model "to better address local, regional, and global customer and partner needs and opportunities", with Allen's role focusing on ensuring UK and Ireland-based customers' satisfaction and success.
BMC Software helps customers to become something called an Autonomous Digital Enterprise (ADE), which it says focuses on creating new value by "competitive differentiation" and is enabled by "agility, customer centricity, and actionable insights".
Allen has held several UK sales leadership roles in his ten years with the company, and in addition to being UK & Ireland country sales leader, also currently holds the role of area VP UK strategic accounts.
