MSP Utilize acquires Sage specialist M2M Technology
Utilize claims the acquisition takes the group's turnover to more than £19m
London and Essex-based MSP Utilize has announced the acquisition of top Sage partner M2M Technology, which brings the Utilize group turnover to over £19m.
Utilize's claims the acquisition will build on its portfolio of services and in-house skills and "pave the way for the organisation to deliver powerful new business solutions to its customers".
M2M Technology, a Sage Business and Development Partner, offers an integrated service to deliver and support Sage software to businesses and is based in Basildon, Essex. Utilize, meanwhile, offers a number of managed services across cloud, business applications, communications, security and others.
"This acquisition bolsters our team with the addition of 11 highly knowledgeable staff, who will complement our own teams perfectly, specialising in the deployment and support of Sage services," Guy Hocking, managing director at Utilize, said.
"In addition, we are acquiring a highly talented development team, who focus on modifying and improving the existing Sage functionality and who carry a wide range of development skillsets.
