Anglo-Irish distie DataSolutions targets £85m revenues after growth surge
Distie celebrates 30th birthday with record year of growth
Anglo-Irish distributor DataSolutions is gunning for £85m in revenues after logging its best 12-month period on record.
For the rolling 12-month period ending September 2021, revenues for the Camberley and Dublin-based distributor surged by 23 per cent to £75m.
It made £25m in revenue in the three months between July and September, it claims, its best ever quarter to date.
As a result of its record-breaking performance, DataSolutions claims it is "on track" to pass £85m in revenues for its financial year ending March 2023.
Its digital workspace portfolio and cybersecurity offerings were key in delivering growth this year, and its business with Citrix was named a highlight during the last quarter alone.
It claims to be Citrix's number one partner in the UK for new product and cloud transition bookings, and logged 874 per cent growth year on year in Q3 2021 in these areas.
Michael O'Hara, MD of DataSolutions said: "The growth that we have seen over the past year has been phenomenal, driven by not only the innovative technologies we deliver but also the best customer service from our exceptionally talented team. This has always been our focus over the years - 30 of them to be precise! - and it will continue to be in the years to come."
DataSolutions also claims that it is on track to become carbon neutral in 2022. The distributor launched its Techies Go Green movement this year, which brings together IT and tech-oriented businesses who are committed to decarbonising their businesses.
The group claims to have 150 signatories including Softcat, Version 1, Sapphire and ColorTokens.
