The 2022 CRN Sales and Marketing Awards launch TODAY!
It is with great excitement that we can announce the 2022 SMAs are open for entry
After another challenging year it is definitely time to take stock and shout about some of the amazing achievements of individuals and teams in our amazing industry.
That is the aim of the 2022 Sales and Marketing Awards (SMAs) - to celebrate the many successes that the channel has achieved despite the continued effects and setbacks of the pandemic.
For the past two years, the Sales and Marketing Awards have been virtual thanks to the Covid pandemic, but this year they will be back in person at the Hilton London Bankside. This is the year we will really be back with a bang.
After a record number of entries last year, we are hoping that even more companies will share their own sales and marketing success stories, and reward their teams with the recognition they deserve.
The awards will take place on Thursday 7 July this year, and more details about the ceremony itself will be revealed in the coming weeks. Deadline for entries this year is Friday 1 April.
There are 23 categories to choose from this year, and we truly believe there is something for everyone. Please do read the criteria for each category fully before starting an entry: it is there as a handy guide and explains exactly what the judges will be looking for and also what to avoid. Click on the words to go straight to the Reseller, Distributor, Vendor or General categories. We have also crafted some Top Tips to creating a winning entry.
We have also kept the highly successful ‘Over and Above Award' that we launched last year. Aimed at recognising individuals, teams or even companies as a whole that have gone over and above the call of duty to make sure a customer is serviced or helped; or have done something to help their local community or have helped to keep morale up in the workplace. These personal awards are so important and we hope they are as well received as they were in 2021.
We look forward to receiving and reading all the entries. Please remember not to submit the same entry for multiple categories (the judges will pick up on it) and it is ONE entry per category.
Entries that make the shortlist after the first round of judging will go on to a second panel of judges where the winners and possible commended entries will be decided.
To keep abreast of all the developments leading up to the awards, please visit the SMA editorial hub, and submit your entry via the dedicated awards page.
The very best of luck, and remember, the deadline for entries is Friday 1 April.
