Digital Space earns Elite status with BT Wholesale

Firm claims it is one of just a handful of UK partners that have achieved Elite status

Digital Space has attained "Elite" partnership status with BT Wholesale, giving it early access to new products and features.

Formerly called Timico, the Horizon Capital-based firm rebranded to Digital Space last year as it aimed to reimagine itself as a cloud-first solutions provider.

Digital Space was previously a Premium-level BT Wholesale partner, but its new status as an Elite-level partner will give it access to new executive sponsorship, resources and tools as well as access to BT Wholesale's early access programme.

The programme will give Digital Space access to new products and features before they become available on the market.

Digital Space claims that it is one out of only a handful of partners to achieve Elite status on BT Wholesale's Partner Plus programme.

It claims that BT Wholesale awards partners through a points-based system which takes into account revenue, growth and its services offering.

Digital Space CEO Neil Muller said: "By achieving Elite status, we now have an even stronger foundation to provide trusted technical advice and deliver unrivalled results. What's more, our access to BT Wholesale's early access programme allows our customers to benefit from a truly unique and exclusive customer experience. During a time of considerable digital innovation such as the PSTN Switch Off, we can help customers respond fast to evolving technological change to meet demand, gain competitive advantage and drive future success."

BT Wholesale, Microsoft and Cisco partner Digital Space rebranded from Timico in June last year, following a string of acquisitions including AWS partner Arcus Cloud Services.
