Arrow signs exclusive pan-European deal with Symantec
New aggregator agreement will make Arrow the exclusive distributor to SMB channel partners across 16 European countries
Arrow has signed an exclusive pan-European deal with Symantec, making it the sole distributor for the cybersecurity vendor's solutions for SMB partners across the UK and 15 other European countries.
As part of the agreement, which begins on 1 February, Arrow will be the exclusive distributor of Symantec solutions to channel partners in the SMB segment in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.
Arrow will launch a new channel partner programme as well as sales tools and a "try and buy" programme as part of the agreement.
It will provide "a range of initiatives" to enable Symantec partners to be financial rewarded for delivering "outstanding customer experiences", increase retention and help customers to grow.

Symantec's owner Broadcom Software will supply "significant investment" to help Arrow drive success among its partners, including the addition of incentives and deal registration plans to reward growth in the SMB space.
