Ultima Labs launches Joiners Movers Leavers solution
New automated offering looks to address “lengthy and complicated” HR processes
Ultima Labs has launched a Joiners, Movers Leavers solution to help address "lengthy and complicated" HR processes.
As part of Ultima's IA-Connect, the new JML Edition provides more than 100 "purpose-built" JML building blocks which customers can choose to set up their own automated processes to suit their own need around staff joining and leaving their business.
Ultima claims that the JML Edition can be integrated with legacy HR apps as well as Microsoft's Power Automate Workflows.
The UK reseller claims that organisations with a strong onboarding process enjoy 50 per cent greater new hire retention.
The solution speeds up the JML process, Ultima claims, while also optimising licensing usage and making it more secure.
Ultima Labs Director, Amyn Jaffer said: "Unlike other JML solutions which are often rigid and standalone or that try to use existing RPA solutions, our JML solution has been designed with JML processes in mind. It improves your security posture by producing consistency across your JML process and reduces reporting errors. It reduces costs by giving back time to your HR, finance and IT departments through automation. And, critically, it increases your employee productivity from day one and improves your employee experience. It also allows rapid time to value with a platform that can be implemented quickly and used immediately.
"With a blend of Power Automate for connector-based automation, and our own IP, IA-Connect, almost any system can be automated. Legacy and bespoke systems with no connectors or APIs can be automated by leveraging IA-Connect's RPA functionality to directly interact via the user-interface," comments Jaffer.
