Check Point opens London office to support hybrid working

Cybersecurity firm Check Point has relocated to new offices in London which it claims will help foster collaboration and support headcount growth.

The new office, in 85 London Wall, is located close to the Elizabeth Line and has more meeting and demo areas for colleagues, channel partners and customers.

It comes following the shift to hybrid working following the pandemic, with Check Point rethinking the role of a central London office.

"People enjoy the flexibility of working from home but they still want a central hub to meet in-person," said Adam Bradley, regional director, UK&I at Check Point.

"With the new office design, we are embracing an integrated work model with common areas, quiet rooms and recreational spaces, that will also support our rapidly growing UK business."

Check Point says it sees the new facility as "key" to attracting the best talent in a competitive jobs market in the cybersecurity sector.

The new London office adds to the company's existing employee wellbeing scheme, which includes subsidised lunches, gym memberships and funded travel to work.

Bradley added: "We needed an office environment that people will actually enjoy coming to. It's no longer enough to just provide desks for employees, we wanted a vibrant, energising workspace that encourages creativity and collaboration. The new ‘home from home' style throughout the office helps with this and is also better suited to a modern, hybrid way of working."

"Our new slogan is ‘You Deserve the Best Security' and I believe our customers, partners and colleagues deserve the best workspace we can afford, at the heart of the action in the City of London."
