Bytes sees 'strong start' to financial year with customer demand 'robust'
The software reseller saw growth in all its key financial performance metrics
Bytes Technology Group has said it has made a "strong start" to the financial year, with customer demand staying "robust" despite economic headwinds.
The group says it "performed well across its key financial performance metrics" in a brief trading update ahead of its Annual General Meeting, which will be held today (26 July).
In a statement, the company said it enjoyed growth in gross invoiced income, gross profit and adjusted operating profit.
"All were comfortably in double digits for the first four months of the financial year", the software reseller said.
Neil Murphy, CEO of Bytes, said: "We've made a strong start to the financial year, with continued growth from both the corporate and public sectors.
"Whilst the macroeconomic backdrop remains uncertain, customer demand has remained robust and we continue to be well positioned to deliver on the significant opportunities in front of us."
