Misco appoints Agilitas as strategic services partner

Misco says it will be providing an 'enhanced managed service' as part of the move

Misco says it will be providing an "enhanced managed service" to customers as it forms a new partnership with Agilitas IT Solutions.

The move will see Agilitas become Misco's strategic partner of choice for technology hardware services, including network, server and storage.

A statement claims the alliance will allow Misco clients to extend the life of their technology, increase service levels and make commercial savings.

And, with Agilitas based in over 70 countries, it added Misco will be able to support UK-based customers with a service to any of their customer's international subsidiaries.

"The partnership will provide next generation maintenance and professional services that are focused on the changing needs of today's businesses," the statement said.

Lee Dutton, group sales director at Misco, said it is "delighted" to have appointed Agilitas.

"We already have a strong relationship between our two organisations and this new agreement will enable us to be much more intrinsic to our customers by providing an enhanced managed service," he said.
