ManageEngine and championing the UK channel

CRN is proud to support the successes of the channel.

As we reflect on 2022, CRN Channel Awards sponsor ManageEngine talks to us about their own triumphs, and how important its partners are to the future of its UK business.

We're coming to the end of the year, so it's good time to reflect. How has 2022 been for your business?

We had a solid start, and 2022 has been a good year for us in terms of business and acquiring new customers.

The markets opened positively this year, especially after two years of the pandemic. Many companies made WFH and hybrid work their new norm, so we had to sit back and reinvent the way we contact customers and perform business usually.

Thanks to our channel partners and resellers for successfully helping us sail through 2022.

Why did you choose to partner with the Channel Awards as an important event in your calendar?

We operate in multiple regions across the globe. Although we work directly with customers in some areas, we rely on our partner network for the rest to reach out to our customers for sales and technical services.

Channel Awards will allow us to meet similar partners and distributors from the UK, interact with the best in the sector, explore the latest trends and developments, discuss evolving customer requirements, and, obviously, celebrate the winners.

What market trend do you anticipate will be most influential in 2023?

Businesses should adopt the latest technologies to stay ahead of their competitors. The increased automation of business processes and the growing volume of enterprise data in retail, manufacturing, and health care industries are driving market growth.

Furthermore, the rapid deployment of enterprise software and services across IT infrastructure to improve decision-making, reduce inventory costs, and increase profitability is fueling market growth.

The demand for Low-code/No-code apps, technologies remote and hybrid work, AIOps, IoT and cyber security will increase by many folds.

This is a sponsored post in collaboration with the CRN Channel Awards.
