Channel newcomer promises further M&A

Reseller Prodec Networks has confirmed it has rebranded to TIEVA.

The new name and logo - effective from today - follows the consolidation of a number of reseller acquisitions by tech investors Fulcrum Pegasus.

Reading-based VAR Prodec Networks was bought in July 2022.

While £40m-turnover Northern reseller Optm UK (previously Pure Technology Group) was acquired in 2021.

TIEVA: more M&A planned

The Bitdefender, Palo Alto and Cisco partner is based in Leeds.

CEO Mark Lee said the firm and investors Fulcrum are also eyeing further acquisitions "to continue to strengthen the company in 2023 and beyond".

Lee suggested TIEVA's acquisition profile could be built up outside of the UK into Europe.

"The acquisition represents a major milestone for the company and it is exciting to be announcing the formation of TIEVA" he said.

"We've seen demand for our services accelerate rapidly from customers seeking tangible outcomes from their investment in technology.

"TIEVA supports our vision to build a sustainable platform for the future growth of the business, through offering the very best business technology solutions, services, and support to our customers."
