Exclusive Networks hires Nathalie Bühnemann as new CFO

Previous CFO Pierre Boccon-Liaudet has departed to pursue other opportunities

Global cybersecurity specialist Exclusive Networks has named Nathalie Bühnemann as its new chief financial officer.

She steps into the role after previous CFO Pierre Boccon-Liaudet decided to "pursue new opportunities" outside of Exclusive Networks having worked more than three years at the group.

Bühnemann has resigned from her functions as member of Exclusive's board of directors, nomination and compensation committee as well as member and chairperson of the audit committee.

A process to select a new board member has been initiated by the nomination and compensation committee.

Bühnemann now becomes a member of the executive committee and will directly report to Exclusive Networks CEO, Jesper Trolle.

Bühnemann was previously group CFO of AKKA Technologies, a European company specialising in engineering consulting and R&D Services listed in Paris.

She also spent more than a decade as a financial consultant at PwC.
