Jesper Zerlang chats through the MSP opportunity around the AI-driven chatbot
Logpoint's Jesper Zerlang is the latest vendor CEO to share his thoughts on ChatGPT and how the vendor is addressing the chatbot in its business.
Logpoint last month released a ChatGPT integration for Logpoint SOAR [security orchestration, automation and response] in a lab setting.
This is designed to allow users to experiment with the potential of the AI-driven chatbot and discover how the technology could apply in cybersecurity operations.
Talking to CRN, Zerlang said ChatGPT could help users by providing a summary of security incidents.
"Generally I think that embracing new technologies is always very important," he said.
