What to expect on day one

The event will kick-off with a fireside chat between CRN editor Nima Green and Flow Communications UK CEO Etienne Greeff who will discuss whether the channel should expect an M&A boom this year.

Latest data from the Office of National Statistics shows that the total value of inward M&A of UK companies made by foreign companies rose to £25bn in Q3 2022 - up 100 per cent year on year.

Much of this is happening in the tech space thanks to the booming cloud services market, but what pitfalls do partners need to avoid?

Following the money, the first panel of the day will focus on whether private equity is the right decision for MSPs and IT services companies.
