Orange Business picks up French Microsoft consultant Expertime

The deal helps Orange Business towards its goal to be the leading network and digital services integrator in Europe

Network and digital integrator Orange Business has acquired French Microsoft consulting company Expertime to beef up its expertise in the tech powerhouse.

Expertime is an independent consulting company specialised in Microsoft technology solutions.

With a team of 165 employees - predominantly based in France - it has gained the highest certification levels on Microsoft technologies and solutions in public cloud, AI and data, all three areas being at the core of the Orange Business value proposition.

The buyout is part of the Orange Business ‘Lead the future' strategic plan, which aims to accelerate its growth in digital services, both in France and across Europe.

With this latest deal, the business services arm of Orange S.A. significantly strengthens its Microsoft dedicated practice, which supports companies - notably SMBs - in their transition to the public cloud thanks to the Expertime experts on Microsoft Azure.

This move brings Orange Business one step closer to its ambition of becoming a network and digital integrator that is certified with the latest technologies to support organisations with their digital transformation, in a positive, efficient and sustainable manner.
