Pax8 names new director of strategy for EMEA

Alvaro Robles joins the group with experience from CloudBlue and TD SYNNEX

Cloud commerce marketplace Pax8 has named Alvaro Robles as its new director of strategy for EMEA with immediate effect.

In his new position Robles (pictured) will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic vision, propelling growth, and driving the implementation of innovative solutions for Pax8 partners.

Robles, a seasoned executive with a proven track record in global sales operations and strategic leadership, joins Pax8 to spearhead the company's strategic initiatives across the region.

He joins from Ingram Micro company CloudBlue where he spent almost four and a half years, first as EMEA sales director until moving up to global sales operations director.

Prior to this Robles worked various roles at Tech Data (TD SYNNEX) for more than 13 years, including international sales director and Microsoft global program director.

Talking to CRN in March about his plans for EMEA, Nuij said he plans are to become the best localised support "in every corner in Europe for MSPs."
