The 2024 Sales and Marketing Awards (SMAs) have launched TODAY!
We are happy to announce that the CRN 2024 SMAs are open for entry with a few new and reworked categories to choose from
It has been a tough few years for the UK economy and our industry as a whole, but there have still been some amazing examples every year of sales and marketing innovation and excellence that are truly worth celebrating.
The CRN Sales and Marketing Awards (SMAs) are all about highlighting the achievements and successes that are seen at every level of the channel on a yearly basis, despite the many challenges we and our customers are still facing.
What better way to get your hard-working teams the recognition they deserve by winning an SMA? The awards are fully independent, judged by a panel of sales and marketing experts with years of experience between them.
The awards are set to take place on Thursday 27 June in central London - more details to come. The deadline for entry this year is Thursday 28 March which equates to just over 10 weeks to pull entries together.
There are 24 categories to choose from in 2024, with some categories being given a new name to reflect the constant changing state of our industry and we have introduced a new ‘Rising Sales/Marketing Star' award to highlight the work of particular individuals within resellers, vendors and distributors - we are sure these will be bursting with entries!
A brand-new category has also been launched in the General section - aimed at the best use of data/AI in a marketing campaign. There is no escaping the rise of AI, and we are sure many firms are using it to their advantage to make campaigns really stand out - the judges are looking forward to reading those.
There really is something for everyone and of course, the awards are completely free to enter.
All we ask is that you read the criteria carefully before starting your entry - every category has a specially written criteria packed with useful tips and hints about how to structure your entry and score the highest marks possible with the judges. We also have a Top Tips page, again designed to help make the whole process easier.
We look forward to receiving and reading all the entries. Please remember not to submit the same entry for multiple categories (the judges will pick up on it) and it is ONE entry per category per company.
Entries that make the shortlist after the first round of judging in March will go on to a second panel of judges where the winners and possible commended entries will be decided.

The very best of luck, and remember, the deadline for entries is Thursday 28 March.
