Boomi acquires APIIDA's federated API management business to unify API lifecycle

Cloud-based integration platform Boomi has acquired the federated API management business and API management assets from Cloud Software Group's APIIDA.

This strategic move aims to enhance Boomi's ability to deliver business value rapidly and securely through its API products, now consolidated within a single, comprehensive end-to-end platform.

These acquisitions are part of Boomi's broader strategy to accelerate its roadmap for providing cutting-edge solutions to address the most pressing API management challenges faced by modern enterprises today.

By integrating these new capabilities, Boomi seeks to empower organisations with a robust and unified platform for seamless API management, enabling them to unlock the full potential of their digital ecosystems.
