Netskope has named Stephan Mesguich as its new senior vice president of EMEA and LATAM.

Mesguich joins the global SASE vendor from Palo Alto Networks where he spent almost eight and a half years as its as vice president, go-to-market, EMEA & LATAM, for the Cortex product family

Speaking to CRN, Mesguich outlines his main priorities in his new role.

"Netskope has a great channel in most of our key markets across EMEA, so my priority will be to ensure we work as closely as possible with those partners to the benefit of our mutual customers," he says.

"Our service provider partners like Orange, Telefonica and BT will be key for us but our smaller, local and specialist partners also work very closely with our teams.

"GSIs will be a focus for growth for us, and I will be working to ensure best practice and continued closeness of all these relationships because they are adding significant value for us and our customers."

Growing demand for Netskope One

In his new role at Netskope, he will manage all sales, channel, and field teams across several of the vendor's regions as customer demand grows for its converged SASE platform, Netskope One.

"Organisations are facing a massive shift in security, infrastructure, and operations as they grapple with increasingly sophisticated cyber threats and the adoption of cloud and AI," said Raphaël Bousquet, EVP of worldwide sales & channel at Netskope, who was promoted to the role earlier this year.

"We are seeing growing demand for our Netskope One platform throughout EMEA and LATAM and I am delighted to have Stephan join the team."

Earlier this year Netskope unveiled Netskope One, its single platform that contains a range of Netskope capabilities that enable security and infrastructure and operations teams to reduce risk, cost, and complexity, protecting and accelerating everything to everywhere.
