We're less than three months out from the big night - CRN's MSP Innovation Awards are set to return on 1 October, shining a spotlight on the champions of UK managed services.
In the face of unprecedented challenges and uncertainties within the MSP market, service providers have showcased remarkable resilience. According to CRN data, they have driven revenue growth upwards of £3bn across the UK.
Meanwhile, as AI continued to dominate the tech conversation, vendors have actively encouraged their partners to embrace managed services through tailored tiers and comprehensive partner programmes.
The evolving landscape prompts existential questions for MSP firms, pushing many to explore mergers and acquisitions as a strategic avenue for their next phase of expansion. In the first half of 2024, CRN covered over 40 acquisitions, with (23 involving partners) making for a vibrant M&A landscape that continues to gain momentum.
