TD SYNNEX welcomes Phil Brown as new VP sales for UK & Ireland

Brown brings 25 years of experience in the IT channel across the UK and Ireland

TD SYNNEX has appointed Phil Brown as the new VP of sales for the UK and Ireland.

Set to assume his role on September 1, 2024, Brown brings over 25 years of experience to this key position on the UK&I board.

Brown's appointment marks a homecoming of sorts, as he returns to the company where he began his career in 1998.

His extensive background in the IT channel encompasses roles across distribution, vendor partnerships, and reseller organisations, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry landscape.

Most recently serving as UK commercial director at SCC, Brown has spent the last three years honing his skills in a major IT solutions provider.

His career journey includes more than a decade in senior sales and commercial positions within IT distribution, as well as five years at TD SYNNEX's vendor partners, Samsung and ASUS.

In his new position, Brown will oversee and manage sales teams, as well as contributing to business decision-making and strategic direction.

His diverse experience across the channel ecosystem positions him uniquely to drive growth and enhance TD SYNNEX's reputation as a trusted advisor to channel partners and a leading IT distributor and solutions aggregator.
