With 10 October drawing nearer, CRN is excited to unveil the shortlist for the 2024 Women and Diversity in Channel Awards.
Expanding our focus on intersecting parts of diversity, this year the awards include a number of categories celebrating champions for equity, representation and workplace wellbeing.
The shortlisting process was made extra challenging thanks to the sheer number and quality of entries we received - over 1,000 individuals and companies entered the awards, each with an inspiring and impressive story.
This year's finalists represent a stellar cross-section of talent, innovation, leadership, and grit, reflecting the dynamic and evolving landscape of the technology channel.
These awards celebrate not only individual excellence but also the collective strides made towards fostering a more inclusive environment.
We talk a lot about the importance of company culture and environment and our 2024 crop of finalists truly demonstrate that in order to thrive, great talent needs to be given the right conditions.
