Has 2009 been as bad as everyone said it would be? Not really – the downturn could have been a lot deeper for a lot longer.

Have any of your predictions come true this year? No – Liverpool to win the Premier League in 2010?

What do you see as the channel’s biggest challenge in 2010? Vendor consolidation of distribution partners.

What is the best part of your day? Breakfast, lunch and supper.
