Do you care about green IT? Yes, it is vitally important to all of us to create more efficient and more sustainable IT for the environment as well as cost savings.

If you could be in a rock/pop band, which one would it be and who would you be? I used to be in an indie punk band that played in and around the Midlands; we were called My Pants. We played Nottingham Rock City, Sheffield Leadmill and so on. The current band I would most likely be in would be The Killers.

What is the best corporate jolly you have ever been on/taken partners on? I went to an OKI event in London, all expenses paid. It was really good.

Has 2009 been as bad as everyone said it would be? It's been tougher than we expected, but challengeable.

Have any of your predictions come true this year? I predicted that things would be tough, and a lot of small businesses would go under due to lack of cash flow - this has definitely turned out to be true.

What do you see as the channel's biggest challenge in 2010? Gaining new customers, I think there will be less business setup in the current circumstances starting out in business.

What is the best part of your day? Waking up and feeding my 15-month-old daughter.
