Do you see the cloud as a threat or an opportunity? Both. It clearly is the way forward, but the immediate issue is the compromising of revenues.

Have any of your predictions come true this year? Most of them have, the consolidation of companies continues as demand becomes tougher.

What do you see as the channel's biggest challenge in 2011? Demonstrating value and constantly meeting client needs.
