Career so far: I've spent years as a reseller, nine years in HP as a reseller and distribution account manager, seven years at Computer 2000 (round one), nine years at Westcoast and an 18-month spell at Dell. Six months ago I returned to Computer 2000 and am loving it.
If you could be anyone else for a week, who would you be and what would you do? I'd like to be one of my kids. They seem to have a ball spending my money and I'd like a chance to spend my own cash for a week!
What would you have as your last meal? It would have to be a seafood platter, washed down with a fine, chilled white wine - preferably on a French pavement overlooking the sea.
What is the best corporate jolly you have ever been on/taken partners on? The Monaco Grand Prix, many years ago. You had to be there to understand why it was so good.
Do you see the cloud as a threat or an opportunity? Pure opportunity - change always drives activity and opportunity. The cloud is an agent of change and that will keep us on our toes.
Have any of your predictions come true this year? Manchester United would have a bad start to the season and England would not win the World Cup, neither of which should be classed as predictions, more a statement of the obvious.
What do you see as the channel's biggest challenge in 2011? Keeping ahead of the rate of change.
What is the best part of your day? Hitting the number.
