Career so far I've been with EntaTech for 19 years.

If you could be anyone else for a week, who would you be and what would you do? That's a tough one. I think I would like to be more than one: the prime minister to understand in detail what mess this country is actually in; and manager of West Brom against our local rivals.

Cloud - friend or foe? Friend - maybe a good friend!

Has 2011 been as bad as everyone said it would be? For us it has been satisfactory with growth but we can see signs that it will be a tougher year next year.

What would you have as your last meal? It would have to be an In & Out animal burger. If you have tried one you will know why.

Who would you like to be stuck in a lift with? I actually don't like using lifts so being stuck in one is not my idea of fun, whoever I may be stuck with!

Have any of your predictions come true this year? The mighty West Bromwich Albion avoided relegation. Ask me again next year as it is not looking promising for this season!

What do you see as the channel's biggest challenge in 2012? How to sustain growth and maintain margin.

What is the best part of your day? Waking up, being alive and wanting to make a difference.
