Career so far I have spent 10 years in finance, two years in IT service delivery, five years in business management and two years as sales director at Steljes. In early 2011 I added marketing to my remit to become sales and marketing director here.
If you could be anyone else for a week, who would you be and what would you do? I'd be my husband. I'd love to see if he is as busy as he tells me he is.
Cloud - friend or foe? Depends if the washing's out.
Has 2011 been as bad as everyone said it would be? If someone had asked me in April then I would definitely have said it's time to batten down the hatches as the first quarter was just awful.
However, since then, we've seen companies investing in infrastructure and solutions that increase productivity and drive down costs. Traditionally I think IT bucks the trend when it comes to recession as companies look to get more out of their systems and become more effective.
What would you have as your last meal? Anything as long as I'm with friends. Alternatively, if it's all gone horribly wrong and I'm alone in a prison cell, then I'll have a seafood linguini and a glass of pinot.
Who would you like to be stuck in a lift with? A lift engineer.
Have any of your predictions come true this year? Unfortunately yes - West Ham got relegated.
What do you see as the channel's biggest challenge in 2012? Finding the time to get staff upskilled in the solutions available to their customers. This is always a challenge but when there are that many new technologies on the market it's going to be crucial.
What is the best part of your day? Cuddling up on the sofa with my three children.
