Has 2011 been as bad as everyone said it would be? No. For the first time, HP has been number one in all sub-segments of the commercial and consumer market.

Have any of your predictions come true this year? Frankly, none at all.
What do you see as the channel's biggest challenge in 2012? Articulating the tangible business benefit of IT transformation to customers pre-occupied by reducing budgets.
What is the best part of your day? Reconnecting with my family in the evening.
