If you could be anyone else for a week, who would you be and what would you do? I would be my nine-year-old daughter. I'd like to see her father through her eyes.

Has 2011 been as bad as everyone said it would be? No. For the first time, HP has been number one in all sub-segments of the commercial and consumer market.
What would you have as your last meal? A chilled bottle of chablis.

Who would you like to be stuck in a lift with? Jack Reacher (of the Lee Child novels).

Have any of your predictions come true this year? Frankly, none at all.

What do you see as the channel's biggest challenge in 2012? Articulating the tangible business benefit of IT transformation to customers pre-occupied by reducing budgets.

What is the best part of your day? Reconnecting with my family in the evening.
