If you could be anyone else for a week, who would you be and what would you do? Unfortunately, a week would not be long enough but let me have 10 years to sort out the financial system and I have the answers. Trouble is no one ever gets 10 years.

Has 2011 been as bad as everyone said it would be? It has been a great year for ANS - in our minds that was never in doubt.

What do you see as the channel's biggest challenge in 2012? Adapting to cloud and mobile device use.
What is the best part of your day? It is difficult to answer as every day is different, and long may that continue.
