Cloud – friend or foe? Definitely a friend and also a huge opportunity to provide clients with long-term annuity based services.
Has 2011 been as bad as everyone said it would be? No, well-positioned businesses have been able to prosper despite the obvious challenges out there.
What would you have as your last meal? I’m not sure but I certainly wouldn’t want to cook it if it was my last.
Who would you like to be stuck in a lift with? Peter ‘Dragon’s Den’ Jones. I think he would be very interesting to talk with. Failing that, a lift engineer would be good.
Have any of your predictions come true this year? Yes. Liverpool missed out on the Champion’s League places again.
What do you see as the channel’s biggest challenge in 2012? To be in a position to offer the latest technologies and in turn cost efficiencies to end clients. Comms-care can assist its partners here.
What is the best part of your day? The drive into work when I get a chance to think through my objectives for the day – without interruptions.
