Has 2011 been as bad as everyone said it would be? No. We have grown the business well from both a revenue and more importantly from an EBIT perspective.

Have any of your predictions come true this year? I don't make them as retrospective analysis only depresses people.
What do you see as the channel's biggest challenge in 2012? Managing cash and focusing the team on the end goal which is profitability.
What is the best part of your day? First thing in the morning with no one in the office.
