Career so far: I have been in the IT industry for 20 years now, working in a variety of roles at Hammer prior to becoming managing director seven years ago.

If you could be anyone else for a week, who would you be and what would you do? I would be Cesc Fabregas, because he plays for the best football team in the world and I would love to live in Barcelona.

Cloud - friend or foe? Friend.

Has 2011 been as bad as everyone said it would be? It has been better than expected.

What would you have as your last meal? I would have the Emperor's Feast, a seafood platter, at Nikki Beach in Marbella.

Who would you like to be stuck in a lift with? Halle Berry. For an intelligent conversation, obviously.

Have any of your predictions come true this year? Yes, that Arsenal would have another trophy-less season.

What do you see as the channel's biggest challenge in 2012? To maintain growth and profitability.

What is the best part of your day? Seeing Hammer continuing to grow and develop after 20 years of business.
