Has 2011 been as bad as everyone said it would be? No. 2011 has been a great year for us.

What would you have as your last meal? Sweet and sour king prawns washed down with a few pints of Stella.

Who would you like to be stuck in a lift with? Sarah Palin. I would quiz her on policies and European geography.

Have any of your predictions come true this year? No. Manchester City did win a trophy.

What do you see as the channel's biggest challenge in 2012? Not listening to all the doom and gloom mongers.

What is the best part of your day? My morning run. It's great thinking time.
