It's been a friend for the last 12 years. We use the cloud for our off-site security.
Has 2011 been as bad as everyone said it would be?
It has been good from a sales perspective. There are plenty of opportunities.
What would you have as your last meal?
Crispy bagels, chopped and fried fish and salt beef and chips.
Who would you like to be stuck in a lift with?
A lift engineer.

Yes, on an internal level within the group.
What do you see as the channel's biggest challenge in 2012?
The wider economy.
What is the best part of your day?
Having a shower, a shave and washing my hair in the morning. It's when I get all my ideas.
