No, but it's going to get worse.

An enormous daiquiri.

Have any of your predictions come true this yer?

Everyone will work out that cloud simply means SaaS or IaaS, and private or public simply mean on-premise/off-premise customer asset or off-premise multi-tenanted.

What do you see as the channel's biggest challenge in 2012?

Deciding whether they become a service provider or a service provider's reseller.

What is the best part of your day?

Riding in lifts.
