12. Danwood - £240m

We must confess we are somewhat in the dark about the scale of the UK’s largest print reseller this year. At the time of writing, financial documents for the 2011 financial remain overdue for filing. We did, of course, contact Danwood to try and clarify the revenue figure but none was forthcoming.

As of the end of 2010, the acquisitive print reseller had UK revenues of £220m and recent press releases claim that group sales are “in excess of £240m”. Further growth through consolidation is on the cards, having bought VARs Sharpline Solutions, KPS Business Solutions and SET Digital Solutions in the last year.
