40. NG Bailey IT Services - £52.6m
The company formerly known as Bailey Teswaine has now unified its brand with that of its construction giant parent company. In its 2012 fiscal year it was back on the up and back in the £50m club following two years of revenue declines. Sales grew 17.4 per cent in FY12, with operating profit rising from about £600,000 to more than £1.1m. Turnover still has a little way to go to return to its 2009 benchmark of £55.1m.
